The following steps are to be taken if you are a Canadian citizen.
1. First you must have all your documents signed and sealed by your lawyer (notarized).
2. Next take those documents to 77 Grenville Ave. or Road 9th Floor, Document Services. (Downtown Toronto)
3. Next you must go to the Royal Dutch Embassy, 1 Dundas St. W, Suite 2106, Toronto, ON. They will only seal documents after you go to document services and get their seal.
Information for getting documents Apostille. These are the steps you need to do prior to go to these following offices.
1. Please get the documents attested by the Department or Ministry of Foreign Affairs in your country.
2. Take the attested documents to the Dutch Consulate and they will Apostille (legalize) it for you.
Note: All foreign documents must be accompanied with a certified (notarized) English translated version.
