Dear Prospective Students,
I am Dr. Sireesha Bala Arja, Dean of Academic Affairs in Xavier School of Medicine, Bonaire. It is my great pleasure and privilege to welcome you to Xavier University School of Medicine Bonaire, Netherlands Antilles.
As a Dean, I will continue to establish a stimulating, challenging and caring learning environment for students at our school. Our teaching methods are innovative and provide our students with an excellent academic program. Our school is one of the very few medical schools in the Caribbean which has excellent teaching, training and clinical facilities. Our philosophy is to produce doctors who will be dedicated to serve the community.
As a Dean of Premedical and Basic Sciences, Campus of Xavier University School of Medicine, Bonaire has provided me the honor and privilege of working with an excellent and devoted faculty and staff. Our school has a full time dedicated faculty. Every member of our medical school faculty and staff is committed to our mission to educate medical doctors to the highest quality dedicated to serving the healthcare needs of the international community. Our faculty is highly motivated and forms the backbone of our programs.
The students of Xavier Medical School of Medicine, Bonaire are its
pride and its strength. This can be proven by our USMLE passing rate. I always
make sure to interact with both the faculty and the students and to address
any problem that they bring to the best of my ability. Our school provides excellent
and peaceful environment for studies in beautiful surroundings without any
distractions as Bonaire is a peaceful island for education.
We are proud of the great strides and advances that the faculty and
students have made over the past few years. We anticipate continued growth and greater
accomplishments in all our endeavors. We all work together harmoniously. It is my hope and dream that we take this
institution to unprecedented heights. Towards this aim, I seek your sincere support.
